Getting started
Everything begins with a listening conversation. I’ll discuss the changes you want for your team and the motivations behind them. Together, we’ll assess whether we’re a good fit to achieve meaningful change—our primary goal. I will also suggest relevant reading and share articles and podcasts that demonstrate how these models can be powerful tools for change.
2. Advance Preparation
Assessments will be sent to your team so we can gain a deeper understanding of your team’s dynamics and working geniuses. At least two weeks prior to the event, we’ll schedule a brief call to discuss the leader’s role in the off-site. From initiating the sessions to actively participating and setting the right tone, the leader’s role is crucial. This call ensures a shared understanding and alignment in our approach.
3. The Prep Call &
and First Off-site
Each off-site is a powerful experience. These transformative sessions introduce the models and build cohesion and clarity. By the end, you’ll have learned the language of organizational health and begun putting these ideas into practice. You’ll leave with practical tools to continue making progress. Shortly after, you’ll receive a playbook that captures your commitments and keeps the most important priorities front and center. As needed, Steve partners with a Principal Consultant from The Table Group.
4. Follow-up and Future off-sites
After the off-site, our relationship continues as we help you reinforce the new directions you’ve committed to.
Subsequent off-sites review the basic models and put them to use in the work of your business.
New concepts and approaches are introduced as we encounter specific scenarios.
