Steven is a gifted communicator and mentor who brings over 22 years of teaching as a college professor and administrator to his work. Steve is open, direct, and not afraid to ask the hard questions that get to the heart of an issue. He has coached teams on the application of organizational health ideas in a variety of spaces.
