Training Seminars
Seminars are based on the models described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Six Types of Working Genius. They encourage teams to think deeply about how they work together and to identify obstacles that hinder effectiveness. Seminars can be conducted on-site or off-site and are available in two-hour or four-hour formats. They offer an excellent opportunity to begin the journey toward becoming a healthier team. Additionally, organizations can incorporate these seminars into broader training programs as part of a full-day experience.

Executive Team Off-sites
Your Organizational Health transformation begins with a multi-day executive off-site.
